The shipping is throughout the Canary Islands

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Any costs for delivery will be stated on the website at the time of the order and will be calculated and added onto your order’s total bill.  Shipping costs when applied are non-refundable.Shipping costs will be applied on returned goods that qualified for free shipping - unless faulty or you wish to have an exchange (of size or item). A specific delivery time slot for your order cannot be specified by us. 

SHIPPING COMPANIES

Your orders from STICKiT in the Canary Islands will arrive via MRW or Tipsa parcel services or Correos Express.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

You will receive your purchase at the address you inform us. For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that "delivery" has occurred or that the order has been "delivered" at the moment in which you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which is will prove receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address by signing. 

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is 1-4 days for the Canary Islands.

The order preparation time is normally 24 hours, but in times of high demand it can take up to 2 business days.

On weekends, the transport company does not make collections or delivery.

These dates may be subject to change due to special circumstances, as well as local or national holidays. 

FAIL OF DELIVERY

The transport company will attempt to deliver the order up to two times. If you cannot do it due to absence, the package will be returned to our facilities. 

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGE

If the package arrives damaged, opened or with signs of having been tampered with, it should not be collected and you should ask the courier to clearly indicate on your delivery note the reason why the delivery is being refused. In addition, you must take a photo, this way our claim to the courier company will be much more agile and effective.

If you accept the package, despite it being in poor condition, STICKiT is not responsible for making a claim to the transport company. The client himself will assume responsibility for the procedures to be carried out with the courier company. We advise taking a photo of the package at the time of collection, ideally in the hands of the courier to demonstrate that it has not been subsequently manipulated by the customer. Likewise, we advise instructing the courier to clearly specify on their delivery note that the package was damaged. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

At the end of the purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email from STICKiT. In addition, when your order is on its way, you will receive its tracking number with a direct link to know the status of the shipment and its location at any time.
