Returns & Exchanges


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your STICKiT purchase. 

You can make a return request here within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

All full-priced items and in new condition, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here.

Please note, 

  • Refunds and/or exchanges will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our team to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
  • While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • Items purchased in the context of a sale (online or offline) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
  • We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods or hazardous materials, also gift cards.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired.
  • Customers are responsible for returns shipping fees and obtaining a tracking number for your shipment - unfortunately, lost shipments will not be refunded. Also, any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. 
  • Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund if the returned product has met the conditions.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back from you to us without prior authorization will be returned to sender without a refund.

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
